Peppermint Apple

This is another one of my FAVORITES! This blend is sweet and slightly florally with just the right amount of peppermint adding a menthol feeling to soothe a sore throat.
There's no caffeine so it's perfect to cozy up with at the end of a long day! Plus rose petals are known to be high in antioxidants and Vitamin C and it's also said to help reduced inflammation, stress and anxiety
