Willow & Nettle

Willow & Nettle is a tisane blend of white willow bark and nettle leaf which is believed to contain natural anti-inflammatory properties and may help to reduce pain and inflammation and relieve sore muscles and joints.
 
The white willow bark, which contains salicin, a chemical similar to aspirin. This herb is believed to have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties due to salicin. Willow bark contains salicin, which is converted to salicylic acid by the body. There are some who believe that this makes it gentler on the stomach than lab-created aspirin.
 
It’s not recommend to take aspirin and white willow bark together as it does work very similar to one another!
